policies

Please read carefully before booking.

  • Studio

    • We kindly ask that clients please leave all guests, including children and pets at home. This is a highly precise and detailed procedure and even the slightest distraction can make it difficult to concentrate.

      • EXCEPTIONS: ​Clients who require an interpreter or have disabilities. 

    • No outside food or drinks inside treatment room (water is ok) to prevent cross contamination. 

    • It is the clients responsibility to read our Health Clearance list to make sure they are medically eligible for each procedure. 

    • We do not provide any refunds for any and all services performed. 

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • Booking

    • To book online it is required to reserve an appointment with a card on file.

      • The card on file will NOT be charged when booking - it's only used for reservation purposes. 

    • Booking with a card does NOT replace the required $100 Booking Fee.

      • Appointments are not confirmed until Booking Fee payment is received.

        • Booking Fees are invoiced to you via email.​

    • Booking Fees are credited to total amount of service.

  • Booking Fee

    • A $100 Booking Fee is required to confirm an appointment.

    • Booking Fees are credited to total amount of service.

    • Booking Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to a different date ONCE if proper notice is given. 

      • If an individual reschedules more than once a new Booking Fee will be required to book. ​

  • Rescheduling Policy

    • Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 72 hours notice (3 Days). ​

    • Failure to reschedule with proper notice will result in a forfeited booking fee.

    • Clients may reschedule ONCE with original booking fee. The new appointment may not be rescheduled for more than 45 days out from original appointment date.

  • Late Policy

    • Art Meets Beauty offers a 15 minute grace period 

    • Being more than 15 mins late may result in appointment being cancelled depending on that days schedule.

    • If an appointment is cancelled same day, the booking fee will be forfeited. In addition, we may charge 50% of the service that the client was scheduled for.

  • Cancellations/No Show Policy

    • We ask that clients please give a 3 day cancellation notice. ​​​​

    • Please keep in mind that booking fees are 100% non-refundable.

    • No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. 

    • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

    • No-Shows for Consultations:

      • Consultations are ALWAYS complimentary, however, we often have to set aside special time to accommodate these appointments. If you no-show for a consultation, there will be a flat $25 fee. All we ask is that you please, at the very minimum, text us to let us know you won't be coming in even if it's same day.

  • Touch-up Policy

    • First 6-12 week touch-up is $125. 

    • 6-12 week touch-up must be scheduled for no later than 10 weeks from initial appointment. 

      • scheduling a touch-up past 12 weeks will be subject to additional fees starting at $200. ​

    • We will always do our best to remind our clients to book their touch-up, but it is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure they get booked no later than 10 weeks.

  • Payment Policy

    • We accept payment via Cash or Credit/Debit Card. 

      • Please keep in mind that there is a 3.5% fee when using a debit/credit card. ​

    • All services are subject to Washington State sales tax 

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.
